I'm a destination wedding and couples photographer & Super 8 videographer based in the heart of Seattle, Washington. With a love for all things romance, I've dedicated my craft to freezing those precious moments of love and joy, turning them into timeless works of art.
No matter what kind of project or event you're looking for coverage for, you can almost guarantee I'll bring at least 7 cameras. Yup, you read that right SEVEN— two digital cameras, two film cameras, a polaroid, and two Super 8 video cameras. My love for film is a bit of an obsession at this point, but it helps me achieve those natural colors, gorgeous skin tones, and nostalgic yet timeless feels to my art.
When it comes to my photography style, I take a photojournalistic and documentary approach. That means you'll not only get beautifully composed shots but also those intimate and in-between moments that make your love story truly unique. I'm all about capturing the essence, the vibes, and the raw emotions of your day as they unfold.
I can't wait to embark on this incredible journey together! Get ready for an energetic, groovy, and downright epic experience. Trust me, we're going to create some magical memories that will leave you grinning from ear to ear for years to come.

Our photoshoot was a lotttttt of fun and the pics turned out gorgeous! I also wanted to say I love that Myla is an AAPI photographer and am so grateful to have been able to work with her! I struggle a lot with fitting in with societies standards for beauty and our photos show me that I can love myself and feel beautiful even when every day I struggle so hard with just looking in the mirror. I hope that in the future when I look at myself and hate everything about what I see that I remind myself of these moments and that I’m good enough. Thanking her again for giving me the chance to feel this cause it’s such a rare thing for me to experience.
Myla was very fun and took great pictures! She was very good at communication and during the photo session she made things very comfortable. As an awkward person it was very comforting to have someone to make things easy and help me pose. I had a really great time with Myla and would recommend her to anyone!
I worked with Myla on a branding shoot for my business. She was efficient & professional when booking & warm & personable when we met for the shoot. I felt really comfortable & heard. She understood areas that I felt self-conscious about & shot to mitigate them. She also impressed me with her perspective-she understood the concept I had in mind & suggested different shots/poses/props that would highlight my brand & message. She was great to work with & I would definitely book another shoot with her.
Working with Myla was so much fun! She is not only talented but kind and efficient. We felt like we could be ourselves, and were amazed by her creative eye
"ABSOLUTELY loved working with Myla for our engagement photo session at Monet Vineyards! Myla is very skillful and talented at her art, and I'm happy we were able to book her in such a short notice. She is also a great listener, communicator, flexible, and simply a fun person to have around, cheering for you and your partner during these special moments. Her work is amazing and I am literally in love with our photos. We will definitely keep her in mind for our future special events!"
"Myla is literally the sweetest person ever. I LOVED shooting with her. The location was spectacular and the photos were so dreamy. She did my favorite shoot by far and she is so kind! Also so obsessed with her photography style!"
"It was our first time working with Myla and we loved how our photos turned out! It was everything we wanted to be. Myla was professional, flexible, patient and so easy to work with even before the shoot started! Her expertise in her medium was shown through our amazing photos. We would highly recommend Myla for anyone in the Seattle area!"
I love to focus on real moments and capture things on the day as they happen naturally. To help you achieve this candid and classic feel for your wedding photos, I love to use various types of film and film cameras throughout a wedding day or elopement.
Blending film and digital is one of my absolute favorite things to do. Sometimes weddings can feel a bit dated when trying to incorporate all the big wedding day “trends,” and that’s what makes adding film to your photography package so great. Film adds a level of elevation to your wedding gallery giving you that effortlessly timeless and soulful look. It’s like listening to your favorite album on a vinyl record player instead of from the speakers on your phone. You’re taking a step away from modern technology and feeling the moment on a whole different level. Plus it’s the uniqueness of film visually—grain, blur, and colors that can’t be replicated—that adds character and authenticity to the moments captured when telling your story.
