Bella and Jonathon reached out to me for an adventure couples photoshoot on the Oregon Coast. Bella is a photographer herself, and when she asked me to shoot their couple’s photos, I was especially honored! Bella and Jonathon are from Alaska and wanted to capture their first time in Oregon, requesting big landscape photos on the coast.

Immediately, I knew the perfect location for them – Cannon Beach. Cannon Beach is a big hot spot on the Oregon Coast because of Haystack Rock which is famous for being featured in movies like The Goonies and Kindergarten Cop! Knowing that Cannon Beach was likely to be busy, we started at Ecola State Park which overlooks Cannon Beach. I love this location because it gives a great view with forest vibes that were perfect for this adventure couple’s photoshoot!

After spending some time at Ecola State Park, we drove down to the beach for classic cinematic shots. Bella and Jonathon’s adventure couples session lasted for about 2 hours. This gave us so much time to get creative, play, explore the area, and visit these 2 locations with zero worries about rushing. Being adventurous with the couples I work with, is always a plus with this job!

Since growing up in Oregon, I know a ton of locations that are great for photoshoots. I love exploring different places and locations and scouting for the couples I work with.
